What a Green Pass
In this article I will talk about my first time using the Notorious Green Pass.
Not many of you know but in Barcelona nowadays wherever we want to enter ( cinema, restaurants, bars ) you need to show your GREEN PASS.
It’s a digital pass to show your vaccination status for COVID 19
I know in France and Italy, Green Pass has been active since before summer 2021.
In Barcelona since mid-November, because they saw the numbers of infected by COVID rising again!
About last night
When we entered this new restaurant in Plaza Universidad, we were asked to show our Green Pass.
She scanned the QR Code and PLIIMMM green light!
And we were welcomed inside the restaurant.

Tripping over
After 2 pints, yeah dry November is gone, I started tripping over the idea of the green pass, and what could happen in the future.
Imagine if one day, you will have to pay for a vaccine.
Imagine if there are good quality vaccines, and bad quality vaccines.
Imagine if you want to have a good quality vaccine, you need to pay more.
What effect is it going to have on Society?
This is going literally to separate society.
If you have money, you can access a certain environment and service.
If you don’t, you will be excluded.
You can enter only in another restaurant that allows people with lower quality vaccines.
What about travel, is that going to stop?
No of course, but only if you have the right vaccine, then you will be granted entry to this country.
Is not because we don’t like you, it’s because you are poor!
I know, I’m tripping and I’m not No Vax.
I get all the vaccines they want, I don’t mind.
But I like to fantasise about how people can rule and monetize this situation that doesn’t look like it’s about to finish!
In fact in Barcelona they just announced the 3rd way of lockdown measure just after Christmas.
Crazy.
